The following terms and conditions apply:
We deliver goods worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:
DHL Parcel 2 kg up to 60 x 30 x 15 cm = €4.99
DHL Parcel 5 kg up to 120 x 60 x 60 cm = €5.99
For orders of €100.00 or more, we offer free delivery.
International deliveries:
We calculate international shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
Worldwide / Europe / EU:
Merchandise value up to €25 = €8.90
Merchandise value over €25 up to €75 = €12.90
Merchandise value over €76 up to €150.00 = €18.90
Merchandise value over €150 = €30.00
For orders of €100.00 or more, we offer free international delivery.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3–5 days and internationally within 5–7 days of entering into the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after we have received your payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
